Why subscribe?

The Customer Is Always Right.
It wasn’t a slogan.
It was a standard — coined by my great-grandfather, Julian Francis Detmer, to remind business leaders who they serve.

But somewhere along the line, we stopped listening to customers.
And started programming them instead.

I’m TJ Baden — a neurodivergent thinker, a music industry veteran, and a strategist who helped build global brands without selling my soul. I walked away from corporate comfort — and later from my own business — when integrity stopped being negotiable.

I told the truth when it cost me.
I watched the patterns, even when no one else would.
I’ve seen how silence protects the wrong people, and how systems punish anyone who sees too clearly.

I’m not here for pity.
I’m here to show you what Dyslexic Thinking really looks like:
I see the destination. Then I trace the steps in reverse.
I walk forward only after I’ve already run the route in my mind.

I’m not new. I’ve just been quiet.
But like many of you, I’ve hit my line.
