Dear Lord — I am on my knees.
You had us pinned down, showed us a Tuesday of hope,
and threatened to take it away a few days later.
But now — now You’re coloring up the files in rainbows
for everyone to see.
So You got me.
I am on my knees.
For this I pray —
When You said “take MAGA down,”
did You mean the hat on the side of the road?
How will the lost find their way home?
Where will the stray bullets land
if there’s no target on the sign?
For this I pray —
When You take MAGA home,
let the East Wing stay.
